Therapy Services

Therapy services provided at the Center for Transformative Healing range between $95-$265, depending on the length and type of service. We will bill insurance companies and are credentialed with: Aetna Signature Plans, PacificSource (commercial and medicaid/OHP), MODA, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, Trillium, and some providers at CTH are contracted with United Healthcare. While our admin team may be able to check benefits for you, ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to verify insurance benefits. Below, we provide more detail on our fees:

• 60-minute individual therapy session - $190

• 60-minute family/relational therapy session - $210

• 45-minute therapy session - $160

• 30-minute therapy session - $120

• 90-minute assessment/intake - $265/ 60-minute assessment/intake - $210

• ADHD/ASD Assessment - $1200

*** We only do ADHD/ASD assessments for individuals 15 YO or older.

*** If a client would like to use insurance and we are not contracted as in-network providers with your insurance company, we will not be able to check benefits, and it is the client’s responsibility to submit for reimbursement. We will provide what is called a "SuperBill" that you can submit for reimbursement purposes. It is possible that we can offer a fee reduction as needed and upon request. Please talk to your provider about whether that is possible.

Clinical Supervision/Supervision of Supervision-SOS

$125-150 per hour

Consultation (Clinical, Research, Organizational)

$150-$200 per hour 

$100-$150 per hour for nonprofits (discount)
