Therapy Services

Therapy services provided at the Center for Transformative Healing range between $95-$265, depending on the length and type of service. We will bill insurance companies and are credentialed with: Aetna Signature Plans, PacificSource (commercial and medicaid/OHP), MODA, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Providence. Verification of insurance benefits is the responsibility of the client. Below, we provide more detail on our fees:

• 60-minute individual therapy session - $190

• 60-minute family/relational therapy session - $210

• 45-minute therapy session - $160

• 30-minute therapy session - $120

• 90-minute assessment/intake - $265/ 60-minute assessment/intake - $210

• ADHD/ASD Assessment - $1200

*** We only do ADHD/ASD assessments for individuals 15 YO or older.

*** If you would like to use insurance and we are not contracted as in-network providers with your insurance company, it is your responsibility to submit for reimbursement. We will provide what is called a "SuperBill" that you can submit for reimbursement purposes. It is possible that we can offer a fee reduction as needed and upon request. Please talk to your provider about whether that is possible.

Consultation (Clinical, Research, Organizational)

$150-$200 per hour 

$100-$125 per hour for nonprofits (discount)
