Rates for Services

At the Center for Transformative Healing, we bill insurance companies and are credentialed with Aetna Signature Plans, PacificSource (commercial plans), MODA, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, and Trillium. Some providers at CTH are contracted with United Healthcare. While our admin team provides an estimate of coverage, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to verify their insurance benefits.

Therapy services provided at the CTH range from $75 to $265, depending on the length and type of service. Here are more details about our fees:

  • >53-minute individual therapy session - $190

  • >53-minute family/relational therapy session - $210

  • 45-minute therapy session - $160

  • 30-minute therapy session - $120

  • 90-minute assessment/intake - $265/ 60-minute assessment/intake - $210

  • Our clinical graduate student therapist interns offer reduced-cost individual & relational therapy services - $75/session.

  • ADHD/ASD Assessment - $1200 (15 years old or older only)

Important: Some clients have discovered that their commercial health insurance coverage has changed despite having the same plan (e.g., increased deductible). Though our team will continue to help check benefits, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your coverage. We recommend calling the insurance number on the back of your card to verify your outpatient mental health coverage.

*** If you would like to use insurance with a company that we are not in-network with, we will not be able to check benefits, and it is your responsibility to submit for reimbursement. In these cases, we can provide you with a "SuperBill" to submit for possible reimbursement. We may be able to offer a fee reduction upon request. Please talk to the intake coordinator or your provider about whether that is possible.
