Kristi Harrison

Kristi Harrison, Ph.D., LMFT is the founder of Consilience Coaching & Consulting, a practice dedicated to helping individuals and organizations navigate the mental health and wellbeing implications of climate change, with specific focus on frontline professionals engaged in sustainability, social impact, and health professions.

As a consultant and coach, Kristi Harrison supports sustainability and social impact professionals with developing patterns of resiliency, creativity, and hope needed to nurture our collective future. For over 20 years, Kristi’s work has focused on building relationships that are both generative and just, first as a therapist, then as an educator, and now as a consultant and coach. Through compassionate, responsive, and strategic consulting and coaching, she helps people and organizations move into right relationship with each other and with our more-than-human world. 

Kristi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CO, MI) with master’s and doctoral degrees in human development. She brings knowledge and experience in the areas of program evaluation, adult learning theory and instructional design, and organizational equity and cultural responsiveness, in addition to the psychology of climate change.
