Grace Manger

Grace is a queer-identified therapist who specializes in working with clients on issues related to: LGBTQ identity, disordered eating, sexual trauma, religious trauma, neurodivergence, and foster care and adoption.

Her style is warm and relational and her orientation is rooted in collective liberation and authenticity as a human right. The values of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, collective liberation, and body sovereignty are her guideposts in this work.

She utilizes modalities including feminist and antiracist therapy, narrative therapy, and parts work. She is EMDR-certified and is working towards her Body Trust Certification to provide weight-inclusive care to clients struggling with food, exercise, and body image.

In her free time, Grace enjoys baking, crafting (she's currently learning how to sew!), reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with chosen family.
