Ariana Ule, Student Therapist Intern

Ariana Ule is a graduate intern completing her M.A. in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy at Lewis & Clark College. 

For more than a decade, Ariana has worked in educational settings, building meaningful relationships with children, adolescents, and their caregivers. These experiences deepened her belief in the importance of connection, authenticity, and feeling genuinely understood.

Ariana strives to create a therapeutic space grounded in warmth, curiosity and humor, where clients feel safe to show up fully as themselves–without needing to edit the messy parts. She believes healing happens in connection, and is interested in understanding the ways people are shaped by their relationships, communities, histories, and broader social contexts.

Ariana loves working with kids and teens, and is also excited to work with individuals, couples, and relational systems exploring identity, connection, intimacy, and ways of being that may exist outside of traditional expectations.

Ariana is fluent in both English and Latvian, and her connection to her Latvian roots informs her appreciation for culture, intergenerational relationships, resilience, and the many ways people create meaning and belonging.

When not in work mode, Ariana can usually be found in the garden, getting lost in her latest audiobook, or spending time in community with the people she loves.

Ariana is based in Portland and sees clients both in person at the Portland office and via telehealth.
